Hello world. The following was written 07/16/2026.
In 2004 as I sat in my wheelchair in my kitchen trying to open my medicine bottles I cried out to God, a God I didn’t believe in and said I hated, to get me out of the living hell I was in or I was going to check out and come home via suicide. I heard the Voiceless Voice of Holy Spirit and God that day. Their words to me were, “Healer, Heal Thyself!”.
Last night my Husband asked me for hands on healing to ease his discomforts. Just as the words left his mouth he stated he was hearing the words, “Healer Heal Thyself!”, in his head. He looked at me and asked me how does one do this. This question is the opening of a door to changing one’s Self willingly.
My response, “You will have to ask Holy Spirit and your Guides what it is they would have you look at so you may heal. You will have to stop picking and choosing what is to be looked at. You must stop judging what is of value and worth to be considered so looked at. All aspects and experiences you have had are connected to what you are experiencing now. Be willing to look at whatever is being placed before you in the moment.
Ask and you will receive the answers you seek, but you must ASK Holy Spirit and your Guides in every moment what it is They would have you look at so understand. You MUST ASK if you are to receive answers and be willing to accept what it is They would show you is the Truth. This means you must be willing to let go of everything you believe all to be including yourself.
Almost everything you believe yourself to be was taught to you when you were a child and you accepted it all unconsciously without knowing what you were doing. All children do this and are taught to do this and those teaching us are not aware they are doing it. Like you they repeated what was told and taught to them without questioning. Each of us are responsible for whatever it is we are and have been choosing to believe. No one has made these choices for us. When we accept responsibility for ourselves fully we can let go those beliefs and judgments for something else.
I had to look at everything I was believing defined me, you and this world. I had to willingly look at everything Holy Spirit and my Guides placed before and ASK EVERYTIME what it was They wanted me to SEE, HEAR so UNDERSTAND about the situation they were showing me. Every time I asked I was given an answer and every time I had to accept what I was being shown was the TRUTH. Every time I had to decide for me if what was being shown me RESONATED in my heart and if it did accept it, then LIVE IT.
I had to look at each label I was handed and realize how each one skewed the way I was looking at myself. Each one, each label was a form of mask or costume I was being told I was to wear. Each one changed the way I looked at myself. Each one change who and what I believed myself to be. Each skewed image moved me farther away from who I truly AM and am meant to be.
You and I are equals so the same, experiencing similar things on our journeys separately as Individuals and jointly as a couple. Yet we each perceive ourselves and our realities differently though they are similar experientially. How you see yourself is different from how I see you. Right now what you perceive yourself to be is layered in judgments handed to you and that you made yourself, draped over the image you see as YOU. Each one is twisting the visage you perceive into what you now judge yourself to be.
My Love, you must be willing to let go these things you have chosen to believe about yourself and this world. You must be willing to ask Holy Spirit and your Guides in every moment and about every single thing you are experiencing for Their Truth. When They show you, and They will, you will need to decide for you to accept whatever They show you. No one can make these choice for you. You have to decide YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH and God DOES LOVE YOU.
None of us are mistakes. I love you Husband. As I told you years ago, “I would rather live in a box under a bridge with you, than without you in my life. No house, job or material thing is more valuable than you!”.
Please be the Light, I see you to be. Please be the Light, I know you to be. Please be the Light, you are meant to be. Please choose, to be the Light.
