Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2018.
I found myself responding to a quote a brother shared today and some interesting understandings and points were being made by my Guides about what was quoted and my own personal experiences. The following was the quote and my responses.
My brother’s post, “Trauma is about horror.
It’s incomprehensible and unbearable. It overwhelms the mind and the brain and shatters you to pieces…
You cannot tell the trauma story — you live it out in your body. It sits so deep in the feeling of emotion, terror and fear that there are no words to convey it. Trauma is lived out in heart-break, gut-wrenching feelings, and intense reactions that hijack the body.
To overcome trauma, we need to know about overwhelming physical and emotional sensations — and how to calm the body down…
It’s a big challenge, and we aren’t anywhere close to knowing all the possible ways to do this. But neuroscience, trauma research, and evolving clinical practices are leading us in the right direction.”
Dr Bessel van Der Kolk”
My response, “I like how they end this. I do not care for how they start it though. What they state has NOT been the case for me. I could tell my story and share what was experienced. Did my beliefs in it effect my mental, emotional and physical being, yes they did. Could I find the words to express what was experienced and felt within me, absolutely.
The issue was not in my ability to express what was experienced or being experienced. The issue was in the ones listening. They were not listening to hear. They were and are listening to answer or respond. If they really want to help Humanity Heal they will shut up and listen for a change and stop diagnosing. In other words, stop judging what they hear and perceive to be.
To overcome a trauma one must be willing to detach from what they think and or believe has happened and look at it from the perspective of an observer, a third party. If they can do this they are given an opportunity to perceive things differently. To see what it was they reacted to. To question what they were thinking and believing at that time. To see if they were accepting another’s opinions and judgments in those moments about that situation. They are given an opportunity to heal on all levels if they willingly turn within and detach asking the questions of Holy Spirit to understand what it is they do.”
My brother responds, “As Diederik Wolsak would say ,
“Who is the ‘I’ in the story””
My response, “Diederik asks that question because he believes he is still a body. Everything that was stated in the quote points to that belief. He believes he is his body and he believes you are your body. And that IS the crux of the issue here. The “I” would be the Soul within the shell, the vehicle you call your body is no more than a car to get you from experience A to experience B. I AM that, I AM. Does he ask God this same question? Who is the I in I AM that, I AM? I think not! Like most medical professionals they think and believe they have and know all the answers and have a right to tell you who you are and are supposed to be. Problem is they all have their heads buried up their own asses believing their shit don’t stink. When their heads aren’t up their own asses, they are up everyone else’s. Telling the world who they believe themselves to be and who they believe everyone else SHOULD be.
Keep in mind here that for me, I had to see 5 separate psychologists after my landlord tried to rape me at age 14. I was forced to see these doctors. Out of the 5 only one agreed with me and told me I didn’t do anything wrong. That I was innocent. The other four told me I asked for it, deserved it, should have kept quiet, and needed to get man handled more. That is the mentality of those in the medical industry. All they are interested in would be power, control, and the money they can make off of you.
All trauma is heal-able. I am proof of that. I have healed every rape, molestation, beating, exorcism, caning, mental and emotional abuse I have ever experienced. I have healed from every accident and disease without medications or surgeries. If one truly wants to heal they willingly turn within and start seeking the answers within their own hearts and minds. They stop blindly following and believing what is told to them and what they read in a book. They begin questioning all that is placed before them. As they do this seeking within they begin to see the choices they made to accept the opinions and judgments being handed to them. How they chose to believe what was said or read was true. How that belief has been the seed of the nightmare causing them all the pain and suffering they have endured. When they choose to turn within their healing can begin.”
Blessings on your journeys my brothers. Hugs and love. You are loved. I love you.
