Hello world. The following was written 4/18/2016.

From the moment we are born we are taught to judge and be judged. To seek out the judgments, labels and opinions of those around us. To accept whatever it is they are telling us, is the absolute Truth. They see it, so it must be true. It merges into the belief you are wrong and they are right. In everything you are the one who must change and conform to their dictates. This is the basis of the egoistic thought system of beliefs we are brainwashed to believe in as the Truth.

Something to consider is you have nothing to defend, EVER! In my defenselessness my safety lies. Anytime we believe we need to defend ourselves from another’s words we are handing them our power to define ourselves. We get to choose what it is we are going to believe in, not them.

“I am not what you think I am. You ARE, what you think I am.” This statement is very clear. When you judge another, you are in Truth judging yourself and not them in the moment. Recognize, if they are judging you in the moment they are telling you what it is they believe about themselves. “When we are upset, it is not the picture outside of us upsetting us. It is how we interpret so react to the picture which is really upsetting us.” It is our judgments of what we are perceiving which upsets us.

We are the ones judging everything we perceive and experience. We are the ones picking and choosing what is or is not the Truth according to what we believe to be true. Everything we are holding forth to be true is what we project out on the world around us for us to perceive it there. We only see what it is we are choosing to believe in most strongly.

Think about this for a moment. Every thought which comes into your head is attached to a judgment, a belief. Every time a thought comes in it has an emotional response attached to it. Those emotional responses have a physical response tied into the emotional trigger. Think about it for second.

Here is an example of what I am talking about. You walk into work to find a note on your desk saying the boss wants to see you. Your immediate thoughts are, “Oh, shit! Now what did I do? What do they want now?” You already had fifty thousand things on your mind of projects you are trying to finish three of which are due today. Your emotional response may be one of immediate fear, irritation or anxiety. Then your body responds with muscles tightening, nausea, and any number of other items. Everything is connected.

Our thoughts are connected to our beliefs. Our beliefs are what we use to judge ourselves and the world around us. Our beliefs are connected to our thoughts, emotions and physical responses. Our beliefs can heal us or kill us. So, I ask you now, what is it you are placing your faith, trust and belief into? What are you judging in this moment? The choice is and has always been yours and yours alone to make. What are you choosing to believe in?

Blessings on your journeys my brothers. Hugs and love. You are loved. I love you.
