Hello world. The following was written 12/12/2016.
A brother asks, “Mania or depression?”
My response, “Mania, depression, manic depression, they are the same. They are simply at different ends of the same spectrum. Picture a sliding scale in your mind with mania at one end and depression at the other. The degree to which each is felt depicts where one may be on that sliding scale.
May I suggest stepping back from the ledge and looking at the situation as a whole? Recognize in everything you have a choice. You get to choose how you will experience everything. It is choosing to judge your situation that places one at one end of the spectrum or the other.
In stepping back you will get to see a larger picture of what is being experienced. In those moment you will also be given a chance to see how all is for your benefit and always has been. Will you continue to judge the situation or will you finally accept it as it is without judgments? Will you be able to see how this has all benefited you and Humanity yet? Every choice is up to you. What shall you choose my brother? What shall you choose?”
My brother asks, “But.. What if you didn’t know who you were as most children don’t and you were trying to be what you saw mirrored back at you.. We look to others in our childhood years. No human is an island.”
My response, “All of us are taught to accept and believe the judgments and opinions being handed to us. As children we did so to gain acceptance and approval from those around us and for our very survival. We do this even when what is being said and done does not feel “right or good” within our hearts. The term that is needed here is “RESONATES”. When something resonates it brings peace, joy, and happiness. When something does not resonate it brings fear, guilt, shame, pain and suffering. Consider that just a moment. How many times did we conform to another’s dictates to stop feeling that pain?
When we reach an age of reasoning is when we become responsible for those choices we have made to believe. The older we get the more we suffer from those beliefs. When we finally stop and begin to question what it is we are experiencing, it is usually because the pain has become so overwhelming we are now looking at death as an escape from the suffering we have endured.
It is in stopping and willingly looking at what we are experiencing and asking what it is we are doing that an answer may be given us. In all things we have Free Will. We get to pick and choose in everything we do. Our Guides have their hands tied because of OUR FREE WILL. They cannot give us answers or do anything for us until we ask and ask specifically. Even in the asking they are still limited in what they may do. As I stated Free Will makes it so they may only do that which does not interfere with your ability and your brothers ability to choose freely for themselves in all they do.
That being said, understand what I say here, in all things they may only share the Truth with you. It is up to YOU to choose to accept or deny what it is that is being shared. They cannot force you to accept what they say. They could place the very thing needed to complete your project right before you. Yet, if you are choosing to ignore it and judge it as something else you will not be able to see what it’s true meaning and value was. Your preconceived notions have blocked you from the awareness of that of which you had been seeking.”
Blessings on your journeys my brothers. Hugs and love. You are loved. I love you.
