Hello world. The following was written 7/06/2017.
Self First, is NOT selfish! It is to the procedure used on an airplane regarding the breathing masks. It does your children no good if their parent is passed out from trying to save them first. The parent must choose themselves first and place the mask on their own face before trying to do so for their children.
In this same way we must be willing to place ourselves first. We must look at our beliefs and the judgments we hold, in order to understand how we have imprisoned ourselves in our own minds. Believing in the judgments handed to us of Self First is selfish. Self First, is NOT selfish!
Self First is needed so necessary for ones survival and growth of Self mentally, emotionally and Spiritually. One must be willing to do for themself if they are to help another. One cannot give to another if they do not have themselves what they are asked to give. One cannot lift up another if they are not able to stand up themselves. Ones foundation must be secured first or it will crumble beneath them bringing them crashing down and those they would try to help so support.
Self First is not Selfish. It is needed so necessary for ones own survival and ability to thrive within this reality of creation they are part of. They must Heal themselves, so save themselves first, if they would help another on their own journey.
