Hello world. The following was written 6/14/2017.

A brother shares, “To be tied to one’s emotions is to be tied to causing one’s own suffering. Most of the time what one becomes emotional about is beyond their control, this makes suffering the only option.”

My response, “There is a fallacy in this perspective. Every Human Being is empathic. They are able to “feel” the emotions of those around them, to experience whatever it is their brothers are experiencing emotionally. It is why when one baby cries, others will join in and start crying too. We are born psychic empaths. As we grow we are taught to disconnect from our emotions. We are taught to deny what we feel inside and to hand over responsibility for what we are experiencing to someone else. We are taught to blame our others for whatever it is we experience.

Deny not what you are experiencing emotionally. Your emotions are being used as a sign post to get your attention. To see, something is needing to be looked at. Emotion is a marker for a thought, idea, and belief being held by you which is not true. It is only when one chooses to look at the emotions they are experiencing and question them, answers may be given or finally seen. One becomes able to look at their emotions and see where they are attached, to a thought, idea, or belief. They may also notice, said thoughts are also judgments. These judgments are the cause of their own pain and suffering. They may then question where, why, and how the belief came into being. Once they do this they may be shown how they accepted it as a child and never questioned what they were told.

Everything is connected. Every emotion, thought, belief, and judgment is connected one unto the other seamlessly. You cannot deny any part, portion or aspect of what it is you are experiencing in any given moment. When you try to do this you are denying yourself and God above. You are telling God you know better than Him. God has made a mistake. God needs to change, because you are dictating He do as you think is best.

This belief is sad and funny at the same time. It is sad in that it, is the sole cause of every bit of pain and suffering we experience. What makes it funny, is we have been taught to think and believe we are better than God. Know better than God. We can control everyone and everything around us. We have chosen to believe in the lies being told to us. We have chosen to accept them as Truth and we need to kill anyone who disagrees with us, on how we see things. We are taught to deny our brothers, deny ourselves, and to deny God. We are taught to do this through disassociation. We are taught to disconnect or disassociate from our emotions, thoughts, and actions. To point fingers and place blame outside of us, for what we are experiencing within us.

We are responsible for ourselves and what it is we are choosing to think, believe, feel, and experience in any given moment. No one else is responsible for these things. These are our own choices and decisions we have to own up to, in order to be able to heal them. You cannot heal that which you refuse to see or look upon and no one else may do this for you. You must be willing to do this work yourself for yourself. You cannot do this for anyone else.”

Blessings on your journeys my brothers. Hugs and love. You are loved. I love you.
