Hello world. The following was written 09/11/2017. I watched a documentary on youtube on or by a Ben Livingston: The Father of Weaponized Weather. The video documentary has since been removed and the account it was under has been terminated. I find this fact very interesting in the extreme, seeing as how the video was based on factual video documentation which had been taken from our own military and government, during the Vietnam War and the weather modification experimentation’s being conducted during the time. What is also standing out to me is how the extreme storms and weather conditions being experienced world wide seem to be connected to this technology our governments are trying to hide from us. How everything is pointing to a controlled manipulation happening to create a blanket of fear over all of Humanity. I have been experiencing a lot of information coming into me regarding these things happening around the world in regards these storms. Things such as our governments using weaponized weather against Humanity. The fact they have been doing it since at least the mid 50’s to early 60’s.
