Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2021. A brother asks, “How can I contact and get to know my spirit guides???” My response, “Hello brother. The catalyst for me was questioning. When I began to question what I was taught to believe defined me and my experiences as being, I started to see the choices I had made and was making to believe. When I could see it I would ask Holy Spirit and my Guides for clarity and understanding as to what I was seeing and why I chose what I did. When I started asking my questions many were loaded judgmental questions that had been taught to me. I had to let go my preconceived notions of what everything is supposed to be. When I did this letting go of those notions I was able to ask clarifying questions that were no longer “leading”, as in quantifying the answers I would be given as what I wanted to hear. I found myself responding to a quote a brother shared today and some interesting understandings and points were being made by my Guides about what was quoted and my own personal experiences. The following was the quote and my responses. My brother’s post, “Trauma is about horror. It’s incomprehensible and unbearable. It overwhelms the mind and the brain and shatters you to pieces… You cannot tell the trauma story — you live it out in your body. It sits so deep in the feeling of emotion, terror and fear that there are no words to convey it. Trauma is lived out in heart-break, gut-wrenching feelings, and intense reactions that hijack the body. To overcome trauma, we need to know about overwhelming physical and emotional sensations — and how to calm the body down… It’s a big challenge, and we aren’t anywhere close to knowing all the possible ways to do this. Are you brave enough to face the Truth?
Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2018. A brother shared, “WHAT IS THE NEW AGE? ~Divine/Godhead, through descriptions of altered/abstract realities. Any exclusivity the major religions have on mysticism is essentially ‘removed’ and given to the community as a concept attainable by those outside ‘religion’; for example, the New Age Movement. The New Ager is seen both in the everyday reality helping to create community, and although it is impossible to prove/examine coherently, possibly in an altered/abstract reality/realities.” My response, “Brother it is possible to prove what is shared if the one listening is willing to try an experiment of sorts. Such as the suggestion my Guides have made to create a list of everything you think and believe in as defining who you are and are meant to be. When you finish the list look at each item listed carefully. What do each of them have in common? Each is a name, title, or label. How do you ground?
Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2017. A brother asks, “How do you ground?” My response, “Walk barefoot on the ground. Stand out in the grass in your bare feet. Grounding is referring to connecting to Mother Earth. Similar to a Grounding Wire on your home to keep lightning from burning up your house. Standing out in the grass for 5 or more minutes will help. The longer you stand there the better your balance becomes energetically. When I am grounding myself I do a visual in my mind. I picture a bright white light enveloping me. I then see this light begin to extend like a string or rope into the earth going all the way to the heart or core. As it attaches to the core I see this light then expand throughout the earth and out into and throughout the Universe. This visual is connecting me to All That Is. A brother asks, “The state of Washington’s desire to let anyone to enter the United States……is that wrong?” My response, “There is no right or wrong brother. Those are judgments held of a belief that something is other than it is. Understand that many of our brothers are in deep fear right now. Many believe that their world is coming to an end. Understand what is happening brother. Our brothers are blindly following and believing what they hear and see because those are their choices to believe. On both sides our brothers are reacting to what they are thinking and believing within their own minds. What they are believing in is what they will see before them. That is all they are able to see as long as they are wrapped up and trapped within the fear within their own minds. Until they choose to question what they are thinking and believing in, this pattern will continue to repeat itself getting more and more painful. TO BE THE LIGHT THEY ARE MEANT TO BE.
Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2017. A brother asks, “What is your ultimate goal in life?” My response, “TO BE THE LIGHT I WAS MEANT TO BE.” A brother speaks, “I ask you then. I am here only to be Truly helpful, and I have been brought to you for a reason. What is the lesson that I am to learn from YOU? And thank you Sabrina, for your last response in bold letters. That was exactly the answer that I was wanting to hear/looking for. You make my day. Thank you.” My response, “The answer brother is the same as my own. You are here, “TO BE THE LIGHT YOU ARE MEANT TO BE.” Consider this, the purpose of the “Teacher” is to teach a student to no longer need the teacher. To teach the student to go within and seek their answers within. Eventually the student will stop coming to the teacher and learn to seek their answers within and no longer without there in the world in another. How you choose to perceive your world is unique to YOU!
Hello world. The following was written 2/03/2015. People believe what they want to believe and no one can tell them differently. It is their choice and nothing more. Until they choose to change their minds they will continue to see what they want to see whether that be starving children, racists, white supremist or a group of people committing acts of violence in the name of religion, ethnicity or ideology. Everything we see and experience happens for our benefit. It is an opportunity to try and look at any situation differently. To see it without the blinders of judgmental labels, fear, shame, blame or guilt. We have a choice. Plain and simple. When you start your comments with judgmental opinions, those comments then become subjective. Everything starts with you and what you are choosing within you. Until we start looking at our thoughts and seeing the judgments we are casting out on others we will continue to experience the same pain and suffering over and over again. Holy Spirit and my Guides, what would you have me say or do?
Hello world. The following was written 2/3/2015. I have been in deep contemplation the last few days. I have been feeling a great sense of isolation. In following my inner Guides and Holy Spirit, I find myself completely cut off from the world around me. When I try to reach out to anyone all avenues are cut off. My Internet goes down, my phone stops working, my car won’t start, computer crashes and whatever else can happen that will keep me stationary and alone. I am being forced to do exactly as Holy Spirit and my Guides want. I am sitting in silence and stillness alone. I have sat here in tears begging for understanding as to what Their purpose is for me. Why must I be isolated so completely? An answer came that I have found myself to be very resistant to. As I cried out my anguish to the Universe in general my Husband Alex was given an explanation for me. Jesus, Buddha, and many of the other well known Spiritual figures in history had to go through a time of isolation before they were able to “awaken” or become “enlightened”.
